The Huber Vintage rim is made of 3 ply hard maple, which we manufacture to our exacting specifications. The machined rim is turned and fitted for a flange and ring, and drilled for co-ordinator rods.

This is the rim we use in the new Huber Banjos, and can say without reservation that is it is the best sounding and most solidly constructed rim available anywhere.

**IMPORTANT** We strongly urge you to send us the tone ring and flange you intend to use with one of our rims, so that the rim can be turned and fitted to those exact specs. There is no need to do so if you will also be ordering one of our tone rings or flanges with the rim.

There is no additional charge to cut a rim to your parts, but you will be responsible for the cost of shipping to and from our shop. Once you purchase a machined rim in the online store, we will contact you about sending your components.
