Huber Banjos provides both warranty and non-warranty service on the instruments we build. Any defect in material or workmanship, except heads, strings and pegs will be repaired or replaced free of charge to the original owner, if returned to our factory, charges prepaid.

We will be happy to do periodic maintenace, such as refretting, neck adjustments and set up at any time.

We do ask that you contact the shop before sending any instrument to us for service. There are times when the shop is very busy, and any repair or maintenance could take quite some time. We also like to ensure that you understand how to properly pack your banjo for shipment.
