Huber Tone Ring

Each Huber tone ring is hand poured in a sand mold using a bronze alloy that was used in creating the highly-prized pre war rings. The accuracy of the formula is guaranteed within 1.0% in alloy content.

The castings are then turned and drilled to exact specifications in the Huber shop.

When the Huber shop first opened, each ring was individually turned on a small lathe, and then drilled by hand on a press. They are now turned on a computer-assisted lathe, ensuring that the dimensions of each ring is 100% precise to spec. It also allows them to produce more than one ring spec with precision.

All Huber tone rings are plated in-house to ensure the same high standards as the other aspects of the rings' manufacture.
